About – frontpage tab #1

The Shadow Project partners with special education teachers to help close the achievement gap for students with learning challenges.

The Shadow Project helps make learning accessible for students in K-8 with learning disabilities such as dyslexia, ADHD, autism, and communications disorders. We serve more than 1,600 special education students in 35 Portland-area schools, providing tools that help each child learn in their own unique way, to build confidence, courage, and critical thinking.
