Who We Are

The Shadow Project’s mission is to make school more accessible and engaging for the 1 in 5 students with learning and attention challenges. We serve over 1,500 students at more than 40 schools in the Portland Metro area, with a goal to expand throughout Oregon. By partnering with amazing special education teachers, The Shadow Project helps kids who learn differently become stronger readers, strengthen social-emotional skills, and dream big for their futures.
