Yetu works in disability administration through the state commission that supports homecare workers and employers. Passionate about equity and inclusion for young people who experience barriers to success, Yetu is the former gang prevention program manager for IRCO (Immigrant & Refugee Community Organization) as well as a former elementary school teacher. Her numerous certifications include trauma informed care, the African Leadership Coalition, and Community Health.
