Claire Blaylock is a nonprofit leader with over a decade of experience working with institutions of all sizes. Through her work at all levels of management, Claire has honed her skills in organizational growth, program development, grant writing, and change management. As the daughter of a teacher and a librarian, Claire understands the power of supportive learning environments and she is excited to put her skills to good use supporting The Shadow Project.
