Libby spent most of her career in various roles at WestEd, an Education Research and Development organization. Projects included working with State Education Agencies, school districts, and county offices of education, including development of state standards for education leaders and for the teaching profession and development of resources for school and district improvement. Prior to WestEd, Libby was a public school Speech and Language Specialist in California, and provided professional development to teachers on using educational technology in the classroom. She and her husband reside in Portland.
