Morgan McClanahan

Director of Development

Morgan has over a decade of multi-sector experience in strategic fundraising, project management, community engagement, and partnership building. With a background in disability advocacy, family houselessness, corporate partnerships, and media production, she is passionate about connecting people to purpose by helping mission-driven orgs find the structure and storytelling they need to sustainably grow their impact. Morgan is fiercely dedicated to building a more equitable, authentically connected philanthropic community here in Portland.

Outside of work, she enjoys watching and playing ice hockey, taking road trips with her dog, seeing movies in theaters, gardening, and cooking.
