Nancy is passionate about helping kids discover their strengths and confidence. She draws on years of experience supporting youth, from helping emergent readers in the classroom to building empowering spaces through the Rose City Rollers junior roller derby program. Nancy, who is neurodivergent, knows firsthand how powerful it is for kids to feel seen and supported. She is excited to use her passion and experience to help support The Shadow Project’s mission. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from The College of Wooster. Outside of work, Nancy can be found reading, sewing, or off on her next wild adventure.
