Educators and parents, we invite you to learn about supporting English Language Learners in their literacy journey!
The presenters will highlight some of the main strategies that work for students when learning to read. We will take a deep dive into some of the research in this area, and answer the following question: What does the research tell us regarding evidenced based strategies for teaching reading to students who have a reading-related disability and are English language learners? You can expect to gain knowledge of a few key high leverage strategies to use in the classroom.
