Page Header (format not changeable)

We use these “standard” formats becasue (1) they have meaning to the search engines that crawl our site and (2) they provide a cohesive site appearance. If you want “header 3” to look different, you either change it for THE ENTIRE SITE, or you simply don’t make it a “header 3”; but then you lose the search engine benefits and the “consistant user experience”.
